Rosanna Pace, LPN

Rosanna loves people and finds that helping people by providing care to them in all avenues of the healthcare system is so fulfilling. She has been fortunate to have worked in skilled nursing facilities, home care and long-term acute care hospitals. Rosanna’s detailed experience is in sales and marketing, patient and family education, and being a resource to discharge planners, case managers, and social workers in the hospital as a clinical liaison to assist them in the transition of the next level of care for their patients.

Rosanna enjoys reading all types of books, except for Science Fiction. She also enjoys watching home improvement and true crime television shows. She loves spending time with my family, baking with her son, and being outdoors when the sun comes out!
