Danae Kissner, PA-C, CWS

Danae became interested in pursuing a career in the health care field since childhood. Her parents constantly found her with her nose in a book, learning about the human body and what happens when something goes wrong. The human body and all its working parts have always fascinated her.

As a pre-teen, she started volunteering at local hospitals, day camps for special needs kids and free medical clinics. The moment medicine and service melded into one working piece, Danae knew that her purpose on this earth was to be of service to others and have spent the rest of her life living this mission, learning, and gleaning experiences along this path.

One of the places where Danae has felt happiest is outdoors. She enjoys hiking, camping, and sharing time outside with friends and her dog, a Whippet named Zed. She is an avid artist and loves to paint and sculpt in her spare time. Danae’s love of cooking calls her into the kitchen. She loves trying out new, as well as tried-and-true, recipes and cuisine.
