Carl’s passion for improving the quality of life and health of others has been a driving force throughout his career in health care. From a young age, he recognized the need for better care and services, particularly for underserved communities. His journey began at just 12 years old when he started volunteering in assisted living facilities, an experience that solidified his desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. By the time he was 16, Carl became a certified nursing assistant, and over the past 46 years, he has dedicated himself to working in various nursing and management roles within Post Acute Care, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and assisted living facilities (ALFs). His extensive experience in these settings reflects his deep commitment to enhancing patient care and advocating for those in need.

Carl enjoys a variety of hobbies that reflect his passion for both personal growth and relaxation. He is an avid reader, with a particular interest in health care articles, journals, and management improvement books, always looking for ways to expand his knowledge and enhance his professional skills. When it comes to sports, Carl is a dedicated football fan, enjoying the excitement and strategy of the game. In his downtime, he loves watching comedy and action movies with his family, appreciating the laughter and quality time they share. Carl is also a dog lover, finding joy in the companionship and unconditional affection of his furry friends.
